QUICK BUY ALERT: AKOUSTIS (AKTS)

We’ve decided to add another stock to our portfolio this week: Akoustis (AKTS). This buy alert is sure to be a quick one. Akoustis is a company specializing in communications and technology. They’re most known for their mission to produce and improve RF filters, allowing higher bandwidth, higher power outputs, and higher operating frequencies for communication devices; 5G is included in this. They’ve designed successful 5G mobile network infrastructures and have also been working on next-generation wi-fi solutions, which aim to improve on past systems and designs.

Recently, Akoustis joined the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA). This is big for the company and could cement its position in the semiconductor space for years to come. With the recent passage of the CHIPS act and its close association with the SIA, Akoustis is looking to get and use this funding to propel its business forward. They’re rapidly hastening their production and hope to raise their annual production capacity to 500 million units annually.
